Who are we and What do we do? is made up of a community of professionally-trained volunteers who are here to support you, whatever you are going through.

All volunteers are trained in emotional support and crisis response. All volunteers are also certified in ASIST Suicide First Aid. We are constantly learning and growing as an agency. Part of our commitment to community is that we provide a welcoming and inclusive space for all. We strive to be LGBTQQ2-friendly and Trans-Inclusive. Thank you to all our local supporters and partners for sharing knowledge so we can continue to learn.

We won’t give you advice, or tell you what to do because we believe you know you best! We work to empower you to live your healthiest life. We will support you in the moment, encourage you to explore your thoughts, feelings, fears, options, ideas, and resources. We hope you will find our support empowering!

Working towards a more inclusive space

We want to thank the work of Project Respect and Victoria Sexual Assault Center for bringing us an inspiring and engaging workshop on creating Transgender-safer spaces. At we are constantly evolving and looking for ways to make our services more accessible and supportive for everyone in the community.
