Threshold Housing Society
We provide transitional, semi-independent, housing for youth on Vancouver Island. We run a house for 4 girls (Holly House) and a house for 4 boys (Mitchell House). Residents agree to attend weekly house meetings, complete one chore per week, meet monthly with the house supervisor, and attend a regular day-program (school, work, &/or training). Offering support for expectant & new mothers and fathers. Victoria Best Babies (VBB) is a Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program principally funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada and sponsored by the Fernwood Community Neighbourhood Resource Group.
