Victoria West Community Centre
Victoria West Community Centre is located in the beautiful setting of Banfield Park on the Gorge waterway, steps from the Galloping Goose Trail, playground and tennis courts. YMCA-YWCA of Greater Victoria

4 Core
4 Core is an innovative class that targets the core using four different training techniques. Cardio Core, Core Control, Floor Core and Fusion Core all come together to create an effective workout that trains the muscles of the core through dynamic movement, stability training and balance awareness. This calorie burning muscle conditioning class will open your mind to the creative possibilities the Chi toning ball offers. Thursdays 6:45-7:45pm

9-12 Years Creative Dance-Downtown Y
Improve your skills in ballet and jazz or hip-hop.

9-12 Years Racquet Sports-Downtown Y
Come and have some fun learning the basics of various racquet sports, including squash, racquet ball and badminton. All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own. Saturdays 11-11:50am.

Breakout Bootcamp (Panorama)
This fun and exciting program offers a different workout each class! Work at your own pace to challenge your cardiovascular endurance, strength and balance and improve your body composition. Children's Capoeira
Capoeira weaves together intricate physical dialogue of movements combined with aspects of dance, acrobatics, music and self defense. Capoeira transcends the barriers of age, gender and ethnic background and creates a strong sense of community. It develops discipline, self confidence, and helps open ones mind to another culture giving a deeper world wide perspective.

Drop-In Yoga
Free Drop-In Program Increase your well-being with our introductory/beginner’s yoga class - an opportunity to understand yoga basics in a welcoming and supportive environment.
