Kiwanis Emergency Youth Shelter
A ten bed emergency shelter for youth 13-18. A safe place to go when you can't go home. Referrals accepted from anyone in the community call ahead to check bed availibility. Youth friendly counsellors provide support, meals, laundry, and hygiene supplies. Youth and Family mediation available. Open 24/7

St. Vincent de Paul Society
More than a thrift store, SVDP Victoria provides emergency food and shelter, as well as education and employment support for low-income individuals and families in Victoria. Under the patronage of Saint Vincent de Paul, it draws its inspiration from his thoughts and his works. Members strive, in a spirit of justice, charity, mutual help, and solidarity with the poor, and by personal commitment, to ease the hardships of those who suffer.

Out of the Rain Night Youth Shelter
Pets welcome! Out of the Rain Night Youth Shelter is a shelter that provides a warm, dry and safe place for youth (age 15-25) to sleep during the coldest months of the year. Out of the Rain will run from November 1 until April 15. We open at 10pm and our sites change with the day of the week. Pandora Youth Apartments
Getting there: 753 Pandora Avenue Between Blanshard and Douglas on Pandora 8 fully self-contained, semi-independent, transitional housing units for youth. This is a housing program operated by YMCA-YWCA of Greater Victoria.

Threshold Housing Society
We provide transitional, semi-independent, housing for youth on Vancouver Island. We run a house for 4 girls (Holly House) and a house for 4 boys (Mitchell House). Residents agree to attend weekly house meetings, complete one chore per week, meet monthly with the house supervisor, and attend a regular day-program (school, work, &/or training). Youth Care Homes: Connections, Turnabout, Turning Point, Supportive Recovery, Withdrawal Management and Care Home Parenting Program (CHPP)
Care Home Parenting Program (CHPP) helps young women who are pregnant or in the early months of parenting (aged 16-21) through a combination of housing, life skills training and counselling. The program specifically supports women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
