The Victoria Foundation is a registered Canadian charity and the second oldest of Canada’s 181 community foundations. We manage charitable gifts from donors whose generosity allows us to create permanent, income-earning funds, which are distributed in the areas the donors wish to support. Youth Initiative Grants
Youth Initiative Grants support community-based projects that are developed/delivered by youth for youth (25 years or younger) in the Greater Victoria Area. Projects must be time limited (completed between Jan 1 and Dec 31, 2012) and have definite goals and objectives. Funding amount: Up to $3,000 per project. See funding guide for details - application form available on our website or email youth@uwgv.ca Funds for 2012 have been distributed so check the site for the 2013 application!
