Disabled Sailing Association of British Columbia, Victoria Branch
The Disabled Sailing Association of B.C (DSABC) provides recreational, instructional and competitive sailing opportunities for children, youth and adults with various disabilities. They all sail to experience the elements and the job of being on the water and harnessing the wind. Garth Homer Society

The agency provides two streams of services both funded by different branches of the provincial government. Special Olympics
