89 Pacific Squadron RCAC
The Bay Street Armoury was constructed 1914-1915. It was the largest most up to date armoury in the country. It is now a a training and recruitment centre that has served since WW1. In addition to housing the 89 Pacific Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron, it is also the regimental HQ and home of the Canadian Scottish Regiment (Princess Mary's).

The club is a safe place for youth to engage in supervised youth-directed activities with their peers.
