Beacon Hill Children's Farm

Beacon Hill Park

Care Home Parenting Program
Care Home Parenting Program (CHPP) helps young women who are pregnant or in the early months of parenting (aged 16-21) through a combination of housing, life skills training and counselling. The program specifically supports women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
