Sorry for attacking.
Will someone respond to my e-mail? I did send one Monday night and got a fast response and I sent another yesterday and still waiting. I’m confused. How my e-mail was responded so fast but a detailed one never was… ???
I’m out of town and therefore can’t use my cell, SMS chat and I wont anymore due to the fucked issues with it, which is explained in the e-mails. Please get back to me.

Thanks for being so honest with us, I know it’s confusing to expect a fast reply and then not hear back. Please know that we work varying hours and are not always able to get back to you within a day.
Our understanding of the technical issues surrounding our SMS service is that messages failing to be sent/received is an inherent characteristic of the technology. In other words, we believe this to be part of the nature of Text messaging, and separate from the website.
We appreciate how mind-blowingly frustrating it is to send a message and not hear back. Grrrr technology! Please keep in mind, that if you have not received a “In Queue. Please wait.” message, then your message did not get thru to us. In this case, please send your message again.
I’m glad you feel comfortable telling us when things aren’t working out on your end. We sincerely want the service to be the best it can, and getting feedback about problems helps us know whats working for ya…or not

Clearly waiting over an hour in chat that no one is coming online to chat. Sent text messages and I’m in Q and nothing has been sent back. You possibly can’t be that busy!
I’m sorry I hardly use this and when I do, when Im in distress, shit happens almost like I shouldn’t get or deserve help at all. Whatever.

Yeah, sorry we were so busy last night… sometimes we can’t believe how busy it is either! I know its super frustrating and infuriating when you want to connect and you can’t. You do deserve help, and I’m sorry it’s not always available exactly when you need it. We’re always here for you, sometimes its just takes us longer to respond… hope you can understand we’re doing our best.
