Chat privately with the Support Team
We want to hear what you're going through - any issue big or small. Chat with our Support Team anonymously during our available chat times. We update our calendar as soon as new shifts are available, so check back throughout the week to see what's new!
To Chat with the Support Team:
- Check the chat calendar on the right to see when the next chat times is (Pacific Standard Time).
- Check out the Online/Offline chat buttons on the site (refresh your browser to get the latest status).
- If it says "We're online" click on the button to start the chat. If we're offline you can click the button to leave us an email message - we'll get back to you within 3 days.
**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
Our chat service will be offline from June 30 - fall (date to be determined) - please see our message on the homepage!
- For Your Safety - It's important for you to know that we do have access to your IP address and if we are seriously concerned for your immediate safety, we will try to get help to you. That being said, in no way is this a reliable method of getting help to you, and if you are feeling unsafe or have done something to harm yourself already, you need to get yourself to the hospital or call 911. We recognize how scary this seems and we do encourage you to talk to someone at home or call your local crisis line if you need support with this. You can also chat in and give us your information to get you some help on your behalf.
- Did You Know? You can have a copy of your chat transcript! Some of you may want to save it to remember your safety plan, reflect on some difficult feelings, or even show to a parent or counsellor to help communicate your thoughts. Just click "Email" in your chat window and type your address in the box - it's that simple!
