That is a very good idea I was in more of a big group and it was very overwhelming to me with so many people talking at once I got very light headed but smaller groups or one at a time seems like an easer way to do it. Lately its been slower which has been better and I’m getting better at staying calm. Another technique i was advised to do is to think of the anxiety and nausea like a wave flowing away from your body. I find visualizing like that helps a lot.
